Terms and Conditions for Overnight Stay

  • (Scope)
    Article 1. The accommodation contract and related contracts that our hotel enters into with guests shall be subject to the provisions of this agreement.
        Any matters not specified in these terms and conditions shall be governed by laws, regulations or other statutes.Same as below.)

      2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if the Hotel accepts a special agreement within the scope of legal regulations and customs,

  • (Application for accommodation contract)
    Article 2: Anyone who wishes to apply for an accommodation contract with this facility must provide the following particulars to this facility.
        (1) Name of guest
        (2) Date of stay and expected arrival time
        (3) Accommodation fees (in principle, based on the Basic Accommodation Fees in Appendix 1))
        (4) Contact details(Tel,Address,Email address etc.)
        (5) Any other matters deemed necessary by the Embassy.
      2. If a guest requests to extend his/her stay beyond the date specified in paragraph 2 of the preceding article,
        At the time the request is made, the facility will treat it as an application for a new accommodation contract.
  • (Establishment of accommodation contract, etc.)
    Article 3: The accommodation contract will be concluded when the hotel accepts the application as set forth in the previous article.
        However, this does not apply if the Hotel can prove that it did not give its consent.
      2. When an accommodation contract has been concluded as provided for in the preceding paragraph, please enjoy the basic accommodation fee for the period of your stay (3 days if it exceeds 3 days).
        Please pay the application fee, up to the limit set by the hotel, by the date specified by the hotel.
      3. The application fee shall first be applied to the accommodation fee to be paid by the guest in the end, and then the(Guest's Right to Cancel Accommodation Contract)
        In the event of a situation covered by the provisions of Article 18 (Guest Liability), the charges shall be applied in the following order: first the penalty, then the compensation,
        Any remaining balance will be refunded at the time of payment of the fee as provided for in Article 12 (Payment of Fees).
      4. If the application fee in paragraph 2 is not paid by the date specified by the hotel in accordance with the bank's regulations,
        The accommodation contract will become void.However, when specifying the due date for payment of the application fee,
        This will only be applicable if the hotel has notified the guest of this.
  • (Special provisions that do not require payment of application fee)
    Article 4 Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 2 of the preceding article, this facility shall not require payment of the application fee set forth in the same paragraph after the contract is concluded.
        Special deals may be available.
      2. When accepting an application for an accommodation contract, the hotel did not request payment of the application fee as set forth in Paragraph 2 of the preceding article;
        If the due date for payment of the application fee is not specified, it will be treated as complying with the special provision in the preceding paragraph.
  • (Request for cooperation in infection prevention measures at facilities)
    Article 4-2 This facility provides accommodation to those who wish to stay in accordance with the Hotel and Inn Business Act.(Law No. 138 of 1948)
          Cooperation may be requested pursuant to the provisions of Article 4-2, Paragraph 1.
  • (Refusal to enter into a hotel contract)
    Article 5 This facility may not accept the conclusion of an accommodation contract in the following cases.
        (1) When an application for accommodation does not conform with these terms and conditions.
        (2) When the Hotel is fully booked and no guest rooms are available.
        (3) If the person seeking accommodation is found to be in breach of the provisions of law, public order or good morals in relation to his/her accommodation,
          When it is deemed that there is a risk of a person engaging in acts that go against public morals.
        (4) When the person seeking accommodation is deemed to be under any of the following items (a) to (c):
         (a) Law Concerning Prevention of Unjust Activities by Organized Crime Group Members(Law No. 77 of 1991)
          An organized crime group as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 2 (hereinafter referred to as an "organized crime group").),Article 2, paragraph 6 of the same law
          A member of an organized crime group as defined in Article 14.1 (hereinafter referred to as "an organized crime group member").),Associate member of a criminal organization or
          Members of organized crime groups and other antisocial forces
        (b) When a corporation or other organization whose business activities are controlled by an organized crime group or an organized crime member
        (c) A corporation in which any of its directors is a member of an organized crime group.
        (5) When a person seeking accommodation behaves in a manner that causes significant nuisance to other guests.
        (6) If the person who wishes to stay meets the requirements of Article 4-2, Paragraph 1, Item 2 of the Inns and Hotels Act,
          Patients with specific infectious diseases (hereinafter referred to as "patients with specific infectious diseases").) when
        (7) If a guest makes a violent demand or makes an unreasonable demand in relation to his/her stay
          When a person seeking accommodation is requested to stay at a facility with a disability (

        (8) If the person who wishes to stay at the facility feels that the burden of such accommodation is excessive and that the facility is unable to accommodate them.
          There is a risk of significantly impeding the provision of accommodation-related services to guests.
          The request is as specified in Article 5-6 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Hotel Business Act (the same as published by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare)
          (including cases relating to Article 16)
        (9) When the Hotel is unable to provide accommodation due to natural disasters, malfunction of facilities, or other unavoidable reasons.
        (10) When in accordance with applicable ordinances of the Facility.
        (11) When there is any reason to violate these terms and conditions.
        (12) Any other reason similar to those in the preceding items exists.
  • (Guest's Right to Cancel Accommodation Contract)
    Article 6: Guests may cancel the accommodation contract by notifying this facility.
      2. The facility reserves the right to refuse to accept any claim for damages incurred as a result of the guest's use of the facility, whether in whole or in part, due to reasons attributable to the guest.
        In the event of cancellation (when the hotel has requested payment of the application fee by specifying a due date in accordance with Article 3, Paragraph 2)

      3. This facility reserves the right to cancel any check-in or check-out requests made by the guest at 5:00 p.m. on the day of the stay without prior notice (or if the guest has clearly indicated their expected arrival time in advance).
        If you do not arrive within 3 hours of the specified time, the accommodation contract will be terminated by the customer.
        We may treat it as having been cancelled.
  • (Right to cancel facility contract)
    Article 7 This facility may cancel the accommodation contract in the following cases.
        (1) The guest violates the laws, regulations, public order or good morals in relation to his/her accommodation.
          When it is deemed that there is a risk of committing an act, or when it is deemed that such an act has been committed.
        (2) When the Guest is deemed to fall under any of the following items (a) to (c):
          B. Organized crime,Organized crime,Associate members of organized crime groups or people related to organized crime groups or other antisocial forces
          (b) When a corporation or other organization whose business activities are controlled by an organized crime group or an organized crime member
          (c) A corporation in which any of its directors is a member of an organized crime group.
        (3) When the guest behaves in a manner that causes significant nuisance to other guests.
        (4) When the guest is a patient of a specific infectious disease.
        (5) When a guest makes violent demands or assumes an unreasonable burden in relation to his/her accommodation.
          (If the guest is subject to Article 7, Paragraph 2 of the Act on the Elimination of Discrimination against Persons with Disabilities or
          This does not include cases where the removal of social barriers is required pursuant to Article 8, paragraph 2.)
        (6) If the Guest believes that the implementation of the facility is an excessive burden on the Facility and that the Guest has a right to refuse to accept the accommodation of other Guests
          Requests that are likely to significantly impede the provision of services as stipulated in Article 5-6 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Inns and Hotels Act
          (including cases related to the same article published by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare) are repeated.
        (7) When the Hotel is unable to provide accommodation due to a disaster or other force majeure.
        (8) When in accordance with applicable ordinances of the Facility.
        (9) Smoking in bed, tampering with firefighting equipment, and violating any other rules of use stipulated by the hotel are prohibited.
          Prohibited items (limited to those necessary for fire prevention)) when not followed.
        (10) When there is any reason to violate these terms and conditions.
        (11) Any other reason similar to those in the preceding paragraphs exists.
  • (Accommodation Registration)
    Article 8: Guests will be required to register the following particulars at the front desk of this facility on the day of their stay.
        (1) Name of the guest,Address and contact details
        (2) For foreign nationals not residing in Japan, nationality and passport number (for passports,
          (Copies are provided at the request of the Japanese government.)
        (3) Any other matters deemed necessary by the Hotel.
      2. If the guest pays the accommodation charges under Article 12 by any means other than currency, such as traveler's cheques, accommodation coupons, or credit cards,
        If you wish to do so, you will be required to provide these details in advance at the time of registration under the preceding paragraph.
  • (Room Occupancy Time)
    Article 9: Guests may use the guest rooms of this facility from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. the following morning.
        However, if you are staying for consecutive nights, you may use the room all day except on the days of arrival and departure.
      2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, this facility may permit the use of guest rooms outside the hours specified in the same paragraph.
        In this case, the following additional fees will be charged:
        (1) Up to 1 hour of excess is free of charge
        (2) For up to 2 hours of excess, please check the fee at the front desk.
        (3) For overstays of 3 hours or more, the full room rate will be charged. (Or 100% of the room charge)
  • (Observance of the rules of use)
    Article 10: Guests staying at this facility must abide by the usage regulations established by the hotel and posted within the facility.
       2. Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is prohibited within the entire facility.
         In the unlikely event that smoking is permitted within the facility, a flat rate of 10,000 yen will be charged as a cleaning fee.
         In addition, if smoking causes damage to the facility (such as renovation costs, large-scale cleaning costs,
         In the event that a guest room is unavailable for sale for any reason, including for any other reason, you will be required to compensate us for the damages.
  • (Opening Hours)
    Article 11 The opening hours of the main facilities of the Facility are as follows. For detailed opening hours of other facilities, please refer to the provided pamphlet.

        2. The hours set out in the preceding paragraph may be subject to temporary change when necessary or unavoidable.
         In such cases, we will notify you by appropriate means.
  • (Payment of fees)
    Article 12 The breakdown of the accommodation fees, etc. to be paid by the guest shall be as set forth in Attached Table 1.
       2. Payment of the accommodation fee etc. in the preceding paragraph shall be made in Japanese currency or in any other form approved by the hotel, such as traveler's checks, accommodation vouchers, credit cards, etc.
         Alternatively, this can be done at the Front Desk upon the Guest's departure or upon request by the Hotel.
       3. Even if the guest voluntarily does not stay at the hotel after the hotel has provided the guest room to the guest and made it available for use,
         Accommodation fees apply.
  • (Responsibilities of the Facility)
    Article 13 The facility shall not assume any responsibility for any damages to guests in the performance of the accommodation contract and related agreements or for any breach of such agreements.
         In the event of an infringement, we will compensate for the damages.
         However, this does not apply when the cause is not attributable to the Facility.
       2. This facility is covered by hotel liability insurance to deal with the unlikely event of a fire or other incident.
  • (Handling when contracted rooms cannot be provided)
    Article 14 When the facility is unable to provide the guest with the contracted room, it will, with the guest's consent, do its best to accommodate the guest.
         We will arrange alternative accommodation under the same conditions.
       2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if the facility is unable to arrange other accommodations, the facility will

  • (Handling of deposited items)

         However, for cash and valuables, the hotel will ask you to disclose their type and value.

         The facility will only assume responsibility for the loss, damage, etc., if such loss, damage, etc. is the result of intentional or gross negligence.
         We will compensate for damages up to a maximum of 50,000 yen.
       2. Any goods, cash or valuables brought into the facility by the guest and deposited at the front desk shall be

         In managing the parking lot, if the facility causes damage intentionally or negligently, the facility will be liable to pay compensation.
  • (Liability of the Guest)
    Article 18 If the hotel suffers damage due to the guest's willful misconduct or negligence, the guest shall bear the following responsibility to the facility:
         You will be required to compensate for the damage.
       2. It is prohibited to occupy a room with more than the number of people contracted.If it is discovered that the number of users exceeds the number of people in the contract without notice,

  • (Disclaimer)
    Article 19 When using computers, smartphones, and tablet devices within the Facility,

  • (Changes to the accommodation agreement)
    Article 20 This facility may change the accommodation terms and conditions at its discretion in the following cases.
         (1) When the change to the Accommodation Contract is in the general interest of customers.
         (2) The change to the accommodation contract does not violate the purpose of the contract, and the necessity of the change and the appropriateness of the content after the change are confirmed.

       2. When changing the accommodation contract as described above, this facility will notify the guest of the change 30 days prior to the effective date of the changed accommodation contract.
         The hotel will post on its website the fact that the terms and conditions of accommodation are being changed, as well as the content of the changes and the date they will come into effect.
       3. When a customer uses the hotel after the effective date of the revised accommodation agreement,

        For infants for whom bedding and meals are not provided, a fee of 2,000 yen (excluding tax) will be charged.
